Training and Cohort Development
The LEAH DLA Hub is devoted to providing our students with skills and expertise that can contribute to their research and professional development, both during their doctorate and beyond. Our training and cohort development is designed to complement what the Hub Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) offer, and where possible, we also facilitate the sharing of resources across HEIs in the Hub.
Our training and cohort development programme is organised around the four inter-connected themes below. We strongly encourage you to use the Development Needs Analysis (DNA) form as a tool to help you navigate our programme.

Our Programme
We publish our programme prior to the start of every term (October, December, March). All training and cohort development activities currently open for booking can be found in the calendar below.
The programme consists of two types: compulsory in-person training and cohort development events (open to LEAH DLA-funded students only) and stand-alone training and development opportunities. Please refer to our training and cohort development policy for more detailed information on who can access our programme, expectations for attendees, and what you can expect from us.
Our inclusive training and cohort development statement has detailed information on the actions we take to make our programme as welcoming and accessible for all. If you have any comments or feedback, we'd love to hear from you at leah-dla@kcl.ac.uk.
Additional Opportunities
In addition to our programme, we also work hard to bring together live training and development activities and asynchronous resources that are made available to LEAH DLA Hub students by Hub HEIs and other organisations. You can explore them in more detail on the Additional Opportunities page (coming soon).
If you are aware of any opportunities or resources that we miss, please get in touch with us at leah-dla@kcl.ac.uk so that we can publicise them.
